This is a reminder that all students who are eligible for the PBIS Skating Reward need to bring their permission slip by tomorrow. Students must return the slip in order to participate. If you need a permission slip, we have them in the office.

Here are some highlights from today’s small group peer mentoring lesson, led by our 8th grade house leaders, focused on the theme of "Finding Your True North."
What We Explored
During the session, students learned about the concept of True North—essentially, it represents their core values, passions, and goals. Understanding their True North helps them navigate life’s challenges and make decisions that align with who they truly are.
Peer Sharing: The small group format facilitated meaningful conversations, where students supported each other in exploring their individual paths. It was inspiring to see the encouragement and understanding among peers.
I am excited to share that our house system recently organized a food drive to support the Manna Mission, an organization dedicated to providing food and resources to those in need in our community.
We invited all students and families to contribute non-perishable food items for the entire month of September. This was a wonderful opportunity for our students to demonstrate compassion and contribute to a cause that makes a real difference in the lives of others.
Yesterday, our student house leaders took part in delivering the collected items to the Manna Mission. This hands-on experience not only fostered a sense of community but also helped our students understand the importance of giving back.
We encourage you to discuss this initiative with your children and inspire them to continue to participate in these types of community activities. Together, we can show that even small contributions can lead to significant change.

Tonight's football game (9/27) vs. Flora has been postponed, due to Flora being unable to travel. The game will be played tomorrow, Saturday, September 28th, at 10:00 a.m.
